Little is known about Peter Harvey, but he is thought to have been a Scottish player who may have been on the West Ham United staff in the War years. He only played one game for Leeds. It came in the 2-1 win in the 1941-42 Football League Northern Section (First Championship) game with Middlesbrough at Ayresome Park, when he played at Left Half. It is not thought that Harvey played professionally in the Football League.
